Here at beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, the weather is glorious. We are headed to the beach and then a trip by boat, outward bound! This beautiful song by Nana Mouskouri will be sung by us

So delighted to hear it went well. Have a relaxing weekend.
ReplyDeleteHappy sailing, Helen! Your painting in the photo is turning out beautifully, and what a contrast the sunshine is to all the dampness we're having this summer in Ireland. If you're coming over, pack the light on those leaves for us.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous painting you are working on. Hope your weekend was lovely too!

Dear Mademoiselle Poirot
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed wonderful that we have warm sunshine each day and what is important is finding shade from the hot sun, our umbrellas sometimes take off like a sail when the wind comes up or when two cars swiftly drive by.The challenges!! however, the reward are wonderful and it is so worthwhile.
Your blog is beautiful and it is my pleasure to visit you.

My dearest Helen, I shall look forward to your magazine post most eargerly. I love the picture of you painting at Indian Rocks. I love Nana Mouskouri's music video. I've always loved her voice. It's pure and crystaline tone that is so pleasant to listen to and her phrasing is fautless. Both the image from the painting and the choice of music video are perfect.
ReplyDeleteI Love Nana Mouskouri her voice and everything about her, she is like a smooth, rich dark chocolate drink. I could wax lyrical about Nana who has given me so much pleasure over the years.
ReplyDeleteSo a great many thanks to you Helen :)
A Super Dilettante
