The show runs through Jan 3 - Hours are 10-5 Mon-Fri Please take in this show as we have produced some very large paintings for this event.  Left to R. Helen and Violetta

One of particular interest is a trip tych which is 3 panels which hangs vertically. One panel was painted by Violetta, one by Mary Rose and one by Helen

Pictured here are Rita and Tyler.  The painting in the background is called "I want to take you to the Island and Carve your footprints in the sand" by Helen Tilston

All Paintings are of the Gulf Coast of Florida and we hope highlight some of the beauty of our little part of the world

My favourite Irish Poet WB Yeats ..The Lake Isle of Innisfree

This painting I attribute to this beautiful poem.
Yeats spent his childhood in Sligo Ireland, just one county away from my childhood home in Galway

I WILL arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,
And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made:
Nine bean-rows will I have there, a hive for the honey-bee,
And live alone in the bee-loud glade.

And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the veils of the mourning to where the cricket sings;
There midnight's all a glimmer, and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the linnet's wings.

I will arise and go now, for always night and day
I hear lake water lapping with low sounds by the shore;
While I stand on the roadway, or on the pavement gray
I hear it in the deep heart's core
