Coastal Cottages are disappearing due to greedy government's imposing exhorbitant taxes and forcing owners to sell to developers. Three Artists have been painting the cottages and sights along the Gulf of Mexico. Violetta Shtumeyzen, Mary Rose Holmes and Helen Tilston brave all types of weather to paint, en plein aire. These three artists are often signed on Gulf Blvd, with French Easels and umbrellas, as they capture a part of Florida which is disappearing. It will never be forgotten
